Pleasant
Big disadvantage in this hotel is that 2 rooms are sharing the same A/C unit. This was horrible experience as the other room guest switched off the A/C in the middle of the night and I had to go outside the room again to switch the A/C off. The staff are fully aware about this problem but they couldn't help.

What was the highlight of Dream Point Hotel
Good hotel for short stay
Reasonably new hotel with good location close to sea and restaurants. Staff was polite and very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and if you have a car the hotel is close to city center and the Umbrella beach.
1) the room we booked was Studio with double bed. On arrival it turned out to be small room with 1.5 size bed (small for two people) - so we selected bigger room with separate beds without additional cost. 2) beds are very hard 3) air conditioner is very strong and loud - you can't sleep when it's on... moreover, airconditioner is one for 2 rooms with control unit outside - so anyone can change your room temperature or just turn it on when you sleep - so you need to come to your neighbor to negotiate with him not to turn it on at night 4) no cleaning was done during our stay - no refills for toilet paper, soap, shampoo... no towels change either 5) there was no hot water on the 2nd day

I like the service and staff. Special mention to Salman. Thank you for the nice and smooth service.
I understand that this is a new hotel. I hope that once we come back again, there will be a little coffee maker on the side. And the glasses are better to keep on the tray either on a small paper mat to be more hygienic.
